How it works

Answers and books into Booksy.

01

Answers every call

24/7, on the first ring, in English or Spanish — while you run the floor or work the job.

02

Offers your real slots

Reads your open times, offers them on the call, and books the appointment with text reminders and confirmations.

03

Confirmed on the calendar

The appointment lands on your Booksy calendar and the customer gets an instant text — no phone tag, no double-booking.

In practice

It's 7:40 on a Tuesday morning and a customer calls to book while the front desk is still setting up for the day. KwickPhone answers on the first ring, asks what service the caller needs and their preferred window, then reads the real open slots directly from Booksy instead of guessing. When the caller picks 9:30, KwickPhone writes the appointment into Booksy under the correct service type and staff calendar, then sends a text confirmation with the date, time, and address. The caller hangs up already booked, and staff see the new entry in Booksy the moment they open it.

Questions

Do I have to switch off Booksy?
No. Keep Booksy exactly as it is — KwickPhone works alongside it, answers the calls, and hands your team the booked job to enter.
Can it take payment on the call?
Yes — fully PCI-compliant. It charges a card on file or takes a new one, and no one reads a card number out loud.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Sign up yourself and set it up by talking — no website or typing required.
What happens to bookings if Booksy is down or unreachable during a call?
If KwickPhone can't reach Booksy to confirm a slot, it doesn't invent an opening. It either offers to take the caller's details and text them once the calendar is back, or routes the call to your team, so you never end up with a phantom appointment that isn't actually in Booksy.
Can this handle multiple locations or several staff calendars in Booksy?
Yes. KwickPhone can route a caller to the right location or provider based on what they ask for and read the correct calendar in Booksy for that resource. Availability, service types, and confirmation text are all tied to the specific Booksy calendar the booking belongs to.
If we switch away from Booksy later, do we lose our appointment history?
No. Your appointment records live in Booksy, and KwickPhone only reads and writes to it rather than holding your schedule hostage. If you move to a different scheduling tool, your history stays in Booksy and we reconnect KwickPhone to the new system.
What booking situations does KwickPhone not handle automatically with Booksy?
It won't override a blocked-off slot, double-book against your rules, or make judgment calls on complex multi-service requests that don't fit a defined service type in Booksy. In those cases it collects the details and hands the call to your team, so a person makes the final call.
