What happens to my drafts if Google Business Profile is down or the connection breaks?
Drafts are generated and stored on KwickPhone's side, so they are not lost if Google Business Profile has an outage. When the connection to Google Business Profile is restored, pending approved replies are posted, and you can still see the review text and draft in the meantime. Nothing you own leaves your control during an outage.
Can it handle multiple locations with separate Google Business Profile listings?
