The lead is queued locally and pushed into Thumbtack automatically once the connection is restored, and it also appears in your KwickPhone dashboard so you can act on it immediately. Nothing depends on Thumbtack being available at the exact moment of the call.
How fast does a call actually land in Thumbtack after the caller hangs up?
In normal operation the lead is written to Thumbtack within seconds of the call ending, along with the recording, transcript, and captured details. If Thumbtack's system is slow or rate-limiting, KwickPhone retries automatically until it confirms delivery. You can see the exact timestamp and delivery status for every call in your dashboard.
We run multiple locations with separate Thumbtack accounts. Can KwickPhone route to the right one?
Yes. Each phone number or business line can be mapped to its own Thumbtack account and its own service area, so a lead is written to the location that actually handles it. Callers can also be routed by the address they give during the call. Reporting stays separated by location so you can compare cost-per-lead across sites.
If we stop using KwickPhone later, do we keep our call data and leads?
Yes. Every lead KwickPhone books is already stored in your own Thumbtack account, so that data stays with you no matter what. You can also export your full call history, transcripts, and recordings from KwickPhone before you leave. We don't hold your leads hostage or require Thumbtack access after you cancel.
